About the role

TDX, one of the largest distributors of computer hardware and IT technologies in Belarus, is looking for a Brand Marketer to shape and execute marketing strategies for selected PC component brands. You will work closely with global vendors, manage projects from concept to reporting, and help drive sales through targeted campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the PC‑components market and monitor competitor activity for designated brands.
• Develop and implement brand‑specific marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage marketing projects, including analytics, budgeting, and performance measurement.
• Participate in media planning, allocate vendor budgets across channels, and ensure execution.
• Maintain regular communication with worldwide component brands and provide activity reports.
• Organise participation in industry events such as TIBO, GameExpo, and Dark Matter, and oversee post‑event follow‑up.
• Work on stock reduction initiatives by segmenting inventory and launching targeted marketing actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing marketing projects from idea to final report.
• Understanding of the PC‑components market and gaming industry is a plus.
• Strong numerical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Excellent presentation abilities and business correspondence skills.
