Executive Director

About the role

We are looking for a strong leader to drive our outdoor advertising company forward. The Executive Director will shape strategy, manage a growing team, and maintain key relationships with VIP clients and government bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan.
• Lead a team of 16‑20 professionals, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Oversee the client portfolio, personally handling VIP accounts.
• Coordinate with governmental institutions and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Monitor economic and financial indicators to guide decision‑making.
• Maintain continuous communication with the owner.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, management or marketing.
• In‑depth knowledge of the outdoor advertising market and its regulations.
• Proven ability to manage business processes and finances.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with teams, partners and public authorities.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and leadership.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
