Finance Specialist

About the role

LC Waikiki, a leading international fashion retailer, is expanding its finance team in Minsk. The Finance Specialist will support banking operations, merchant acquiring, and expense management for the Belarus office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit payment orders in BYN and foreign currencies, download and process online banking documents, and reconcile bank statements.
• Handle merchant acquiring tasks, including exporting acquiring documents, reconciling Account 57, and submitting card‑less refund requests.
• Calculate and process expense reports, business travel documents, and record accounting entries for accommodation, transport, and event invoices.
• Prepare documentation for corporate hospitality and incentive events and participate in quarterly reconciliations with counterparties.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics or Finance.
• Minimum three years of accounting experience, preferably in retail.
• Proficiency in 1C version 8.2.
• Confident spoken English and strong attention to detail.
• Result‑oriented mindset, high responsibility, and ability to work in a multinational environment.

Required skills

• 1C (8.2) accounting software.
