HR Manager – Remote (Russian & English)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to join our growing international cleaning company on a full‑time remote basis. The role requires fluency in Russian and English and will focus on attracting talent, managing the recruitment pipeline, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish vacancy announcements and detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates independently via job platforms and social networks.
• Handle inbound and outbound candidate communications, screen applications, and conduct interviews.
• Maintain a candidate database and produce regular recruitment reports.
• Set tasks for recruiters, monitor their performance, and support onboarding of new office staff.
• Conduct employee assessments, certifications, and training sessions.
• Promote corporate culture, organize internal events, and manage employee recognitions.

Required profile

• Native‑level Russian (C1) and at least B2 English proficiency.
• Minimum two years of experience in recruitment and staff training.
• Higher education degree.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, including mass recruitment.
• Strong communication, responsibility, attention to detail, and people‑orientation.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
