HR Specialist – Remote (Russian/English)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote HR Specialist who is fluent in Russian and English. The role supports our fast‑growing international cleaning company by managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement across a large, dispersed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish vacancy announcements and detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates on job platforms and social networks, conduct outbound and inbound calls.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates.
• Maintain a talent pool and produce regular recruitment reports.
• Set tasks for junior recruiters, monitor their performance, and support onboarding of new office staff.
• Organise internal events, celebrate employee milestones, and promote corporate culture.

Required profile

• Native‑level Russian (C1) and at least B2 English proficiency.
• Minimum two years of experience in recruitment and staff training.
• Higher education degree.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies, including mass recruitment.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient PC user.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
