Junior/Middle DevOps Engineer

About the role

IDT is looking for a Junior/Middle DevOps professional to help its engineering teams build and deploy code better, faster and more securely. The role covers infrastructure and CI/CD support across AWS and on-premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain and upgrade Kubernetes clusters, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory and related infrastructure and tools.
• Use Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
• Implement and test high availability, fault tolerance, backup and disaster recovery strategies, monitoring and alerting.
• Support global development and infrastructure teams, troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Identify and address issues, including cost and security, in AWS and on-premises environments.

Required profile

• Experience with Jenkins, Groovy, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS services.
• Good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Scripting and automation skills.
• Exposure to SRE principles and DSD (disaster recovery, security and documentation).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Good level of English, B2 or higher.

Required skills

• At least one Infrastructure-as-Code tool (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, etc.).
• Nice to have: SonarQube, Vault, Consul, Grafana, Prometheus, Alert Manager, Zabbix, AWS stack, GitHub API.
