Key Account Manager

About the role

RocketData, a Belarusian IT company, is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to ensure that our clients fully benefit from our location‑management platform. You will act as the main point of contact, guiding customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing usage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client onboarding and product training sessions.
• Consult customers on product features and identify upsell opportunities.
• Renew contracts, manage documentation, and monitor payment timelines.
• Handle receivables, including follow‑up with delinquent accounts.
• Prepare analytical reports that demonstrate product value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong planning, task‑setting and execution monitoring abilities.
• Proven multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear structuring of information.
• Experience in presenting, selling, handling objections and managing debtors.
• High empathy and client‑oriented mindset.
