Manager of Reporting & Insights

About the role

Delve Deeper is a performance media agency serving nonprofit and mission‑driven organisations. The Reporting & Insights Manager will own both day‑to‑day performance reporting and the creation of a repeatable reporting infrastructure that scales across all clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the Performance Targets framework (plan‑vs‑actual RoAS, revenue, etc.) for every client.
• Build a universal media performance framework in Looker, later migrating data pipelines to GCP.
• Develop bottom‑up forecasting models for new‑business pitches and quarterly business reviews.
• Deliver ad‑hoc custom reports while deciding what should become part of the universal framework.
• Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, setting quality standards and reviewing output.
• Partner with data engineering to create governed data layers, API connections and automated transformations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or performance reporting, preferably in an agency or performance‑marketing environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with strategists, account leads and executives, translating business questions into data solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360) and CRM/marketing systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Required skills

• SQL and data‑modeling.
• Mastery‑level Excel for complex modeling and data cleansing.
• Looker (or Looker Studio) for building dashboards.
• Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, dbt, etc.) and data‑integration tools such as Funnel.io.
• Python or R for automation and advanced analysis.
