Marketing Creatives Producer

About the role

As a Marketing Creatives Producer at Tripledot Studios, you will own the end‑to‑end creative production process for mobile game campaigns. You will develop frameworks for analysing creative content, conduct market research, and collaborate closely with partners to deliver high‑impact, high‑budget marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and shape the creative strategy for assigned projects.
• Set creative production priorities and contribute to overall planning.
• Lead the creative development process end‑to‑end: generate hypotheses, select ideas, and oversee production.
• Analyse creative performance and turn findings into actionable insights for the production team.
• Improve creative analytics tools in collaboration with the Marketing Analytics team.
• Monitor and analyse mobile advertising market trends and best practices.
• Maintain the Creative Knowledge Base and share relevant insights with the team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a similar role within game development, with a portfolio of successful creative productions.
• Deep understanding of the mobile gaming and mobile advertising markets.
• Strong knowledge of advertising channels, placements, and performance marketing.
• Solid grasp of end‑to‑end art, video, and playable ad production.
• Experience working with creative performance data and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools and generative technologies in creative workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to generate, prioritize, and evaluate ideas.
• Experience launching creative production for new games from scratch is a plus.
