About the role

The company Mikro Leasing is expanding its digital sales channel and seeks a Marketing Specialist to drive client acquisition from the first touch to warm lead hand‑over. You will work closely with the department head and a marketing analyst, collaborating on strategy, creative production, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies.
• Manage contextual and targeted advertising campaigns on Yandex Direct, Google Ads, display networks, and social media platforms.
• Generate leads via auto‑classifies, industry portals, and mobile marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and prepare regular reports.
• Create USP, campaign concepts, creatives, and key messaging; coordinate designers, SMM, and video production.
• Administer the corporate website, oversee SEO strategy, and ensure KPI delivery.
• Analyze usability and conversion of landing pages using web‑analytics tools.
• Execute PR activities, media projects, influencer collaborations, and offline ATL/BTL initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales, IT, and external agencies; maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital performance.
• Proven ability to run campaigns on Yandex Direct, Google Ads, and Meta platforms.
• Understanding of media planning, SEO fundamentals, and product packaging.
• Experience with web‑analytics (Yandex Metrica, GA4) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
