About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our expanding logistics team. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, presenting our international transport services, and guiding prospects from first contact to signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new clients across all transport modes.
• Conduct negotiations and present the company’s logistics solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure.
• Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics department to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with no prior logistics experience – full training will be provided.
• Experienced candidates in logistics or sales are welcome and will benefit from market knowledge.
• Motivated, communicative, and eager to see a direct link between performance and earnings.
