About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Development Manager to drive our growth in the industrial B2B market. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, shape product lines, and influence company strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the market, develop product portfolios and introduce new technologies, acting as the link between market, marketing and engineering teams.
• Identify and attract key clients, negotiate with C‑level executives, and defend comprehensive solutions (equipment, engineering, service) with solid business cases and feasibility studies.
• Manage projects from pre‑sale surveys through implementation, coordinate with design institutes, and approve technical specifications and documentation.
• Develop a network of suppliers and represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
• Ensure project profitability, collaborate with engineering and procurement, and maintain CRM analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project sales (B2B, industrial/engineering).
• Strong negotiation skills at senior management level.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and understand feasibility study (TEO) principles.
• Systematic mindset: turn chaos into structure and ideas into contracts.
