Polish‑English OPI/VRI Medical Interpreter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking Polish‑English interpreters to join our remote team as OPI/VRI Medical Interpreters. In this role you will provide accurate, professional interpretation between Polish‑speaking patients and English‑speaking healthcare professionals during medical conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate interpretation between Polish and English during medical calls.
• Interpret simultaneously while preserving meaning, tone, and context.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
• Use appropriate healthcare terminology and ensure clear communication.
• Assist patients and healthcare providers in effective communication.
• Follow the Interpreter Code of Conduct and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Polish.
• C1‑level English proficiency.
• Strong communication, listening, and comprehension abilities.
• Previous interpretation or customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Ability to work remotely and follow the required schedule.
• Stable wired internet connection.
• Windows 10+ computer with at least 8 GB RAM.
• Wired USB headset and external webcam.
