Product Manager

About the role

Abbott is seeking a Product Manager to join its EPD division in Minsk. You will be responsible for creating and executing annual marketing plans that drive sales growth, profitability, and market share for assigned pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and analyse brand performance, market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop brand and market strategies with clear timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with global direction.
• Translate strategy into actionable tactics and allocate responsibilities across cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate the implementation of marketing plans with sales, medical and other functions.
• Perform forecasting, budgeting and monitor results to adjust tactics as needed.
• Manage interaction with the Sales Group and ensure alignment on product objectives.
• Design, deliver and regularly update product training for the sales force.

Required profile

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in the healthcare sector.
• Experience managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Intermediate to upper‑intermediate proficiency in English.
• Efficient computer skills and a valid category B driver’s licence.
