Talent Sourcer - Amazon & eCommerce

About the role

LaunchWave builds and grows eCommerce brands selling on Amazon USA in Baby, Home & Kitchen and Supplements, and is developing its D2C business. It is hiring a fully remote, full-time Talent Sourcer to strengthen its HR team by building a pipeline of qualified Amazon talent, with particular focus on a vetted network of freelancers and contractors. The role covers sourcing, CV screening and first screening calls, reporting to the HR Business Partner, who leads later interviews and assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for Amazon PPC, account management, product development, product research, design, content and operations roles.
• Search LinkedIn, Upwork, freelance platforms, niche communities, Telegram and Facebook groups, and referrals, using Boolean and X-ray search.
• Write personalised outreach messages and follow up with candidates.
• Review CVs and run initial screening calls on experience, communication, motivation, availability and compensation expectations.
• Prepare shortlists with candidate summaries for the HRBP.
• Build and maintain a bench of vetted freelancers and contractors, including skills, portfolios, rates, availability and team feedback.
• Keep candidate records organised and maintain relationships with promising talent.
• Use AI tools to support sourcing, CV screening, summaries and outreach, and document search methods and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing candidates for Amazon businesses, with examples of relevant roles and searches.
• Understanding of common Amazon roles and the experience needed to succeed in them.
• Experience reviewing CVs, running first screening calls and finding and assessing freelancers and contractors.
• Fluent Russian, the team's working language.
• Good written and spoken English for sourcing, outreach and screening.
• An organised approach, clear communication and consistent follow-through.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms, including Boolean and X-ray search.
• Maintaining candidate records in an ATS, CRM or structured spreadsheet.
• Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Nice to have: sourcing for D2C or other eCommerce brands, AI recruiting tools, prompts or workflow automation, scorecards, sourcing reports or process documentation.
