User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Tripledot Studios is seeking a smart, driven User Acquisition Manager to expand its rewarded user acquisition business across multiple games. You will own a portfolio of rewarded channels, experiment with new opportunities, and optimise campaigns to deliver sustainable player growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of rewarded acquisition channels for several Tripledot titles.
• Launch, monitor and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across rewarded partners and other key channels.
• Own campaign performance, budget allocation, ROI and spend optimisation.
• Analyse performance data, turn insights into optimisation decisions and scale successful channel‑game combos.
• Partner with product, analytics, BI and UA leads to define experiments and support growth priorities.
• Collaborate with designers to develop, test and iterate creative concepts.
• Use BI, measurement and AI tools to improve analysis, execution and decision‑making.
• Communicate performance, insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing or a similar growth‑focused role.
• Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and rewarded acquisition channels.
• Experience in mobile gaming is strongly preferred; rewarded apps experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage paid campaigns across platforms and allocate budgets effectively.

Required skills

• Experience with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Proficiency with BI tools and AI‑driven measurement solutions.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
