Sales Representative – On-site in Minsk

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales position at APS is based in Minsk, Belarus. The Sales professional will drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, managing a prospect pipeline, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B markets, preferably technology or solutions‑based.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Provide ongoing customer support and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Participate in sales planning, market analysis, and training activities for customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Solid sales and sales‑management experience with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Training abilities to support customer onboarding and internal knowledge sharing.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or solutions environments.
• Ability to work on‑site in Minsk with strong organizational skills.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in Russian and working proficiency in English.
