HR Generalist – Remote (Russian & English)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time HR Generalist to work remotely, supporting our fast‑growing international cleaning company. The role requires fluency in Russian and English and will focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and fostering our corporate culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish vacancy announcements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates on job platforms and social networks.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and select candidates.
• Maintain a talent pool and recruitment reports.
• Set tasks for recruiters and monitor their performance.
• Support onboarding, adaptation, assessment, and certification of office staff.
• Organise internal events and employee recognitions.

Required profile

• Russian C1 and English B2 proficiency or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and staff training.
• Higher education degree.
• Experience handling multiple vacancies, including mass recruitment.
• Strong communication, proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient PC user.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
