Human Resources Specialist – Recruiter for Belarus Growth

About the role

Workistry is expanding its presence in Belarus and needs a proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead recruiting operations. You will be the public face of the platform in the country, building relationships with hiring managers and growing the recruiter community.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform.
• Develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies.
• Design and execute a growth strategy for the Belarus recruiter network.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, meetups and conferences in Belarus.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Belarus (agency or in‑house).
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals or recruiters in Belarus.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Effective use of LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Familiarity with networking and recruitment apps.
