Talent Acquisition Specialist – International Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international hiring team, supporting recruitment across multiple markets and business units. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving fast, owning vacancies end‑to‑end, and turning challenging searches into successful hires.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to candidate offer and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective candidate profiles.
• Source candidates across international markets using LinkedIn, referrals, local platforms and niche communities.
• Manage several vacancies simultaneously while keeping pipelines active.
• Communicate proactively with hiring managers, gather feedback and drive processes forward.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Track recruitment activity, pipeline progress and core hiring metrics.
• Participate in hiring for new markets and emerging business directions as needed.

Required profile

• Hands‑on recruitment experience with the ability to run vacancies independently.
• Fast execution without sacrificing candidate quality.
• Proactive attitude – you act quickly rather than waiting for replies.
• Confident communicator who can sell opportunities to candidates.
• Comfortable working with international candidates and diverse cultures.
• Research‑oriented – able to explore unfamiliar markets and sourcing channels.

• Comfortable with recruitment metrics, numbers and structured processes.
