HR Generalist – Remote (Russian & English)

About the role

This full‑time remote position is for an HR Generalist who will support recruitment, onboarding and employee development for an international cleaning services company. The role requires fluency in Russian and English and at least two years of HR experience.

Key responsibilities

• Publish vacancy announcements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates on job platforms and social networks, conduct outbound and inbound calls.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and manage candidate selection.
• Maintain a talent pool and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate onboarding, training sessions and employee assessments.
• Support corporate culture initiatives and organise internal events.

Required profile

• Russian C1 and English B2 proficiency or higher.
• Minimum two years of HR experience, including recruitment and mass hiring.
• Higher education degree.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
