Affiliate Revenue Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Affiliate Revenue Manager to own the full affiliate monetisation cycle at BeInCrypto. The role combines commercial negotiation, analytical optimisation and hands‑on execution to drive revenue across our global editorial platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Reactivate dormant partnerships, strengthen existing relationships and negotiate exclusive, above‑market commercial terms.
• Build and scale a new TradFi affiliate vertical by acquiring and managing forex, CFD and commodities brokers using CPA and RevShare models.
• Expand affiliate partnerships in priority markets such as Japan and the CIS to maximise monetisation of high‑traffic regions.
• Coordinate affiliate content production and ensure seamless integration of affiliate links within editorial pieces.
• Own the affiliate advertising infrastructure in AdButler, including campaign setup, placement naming, banner management, A/B testing and ongoing optimisation.
• Analyse placements, traffic sources, audience segments and geographies to identify high‑value conversion patterns and replicate successful strategies.
• Audit, optimise and improve affiliate placements, funnels and conversion paths to boost CTR and overall performance.
• Collaborate closely with editorial and partnerships teams to maintain a cohesive cross‑functional content strategy.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in affiliate partnerships, performance marketing or affiliate business development.
• Hands‑on approach to partner negotiations, affiliate placements, analytics, banner management and end‑to‑end ownership.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Proven track record negotiating CPA, RevShare and hybrid deals.
• Established network with affiliate managers at top exchanges, brokers or crypto platforms.
• Solid knowledge of crypto, forex and traditional finance.
