About the role

WeCopy Fintech, an international fintech company specializing in copy trading, proprietary trading and forex brokerage, is expanding its presence in Belarus. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to grow our client base, build long‑term relationships and promote our funded trader programs, copy‑trading solutions and forex services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute business development strategies for the Belarusian market.
• Identify, attract and convert potential clients into active traders and partners.
• Promote funded trader programs, copy‑trading solutions and forex brokerage services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with traders, affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs) and strategic partners.
• Communicate with clients in Russian and English, presenting products, platforms and partnership opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads, conduct follow‑ups and support onboarding processes.
• Explore new business opportunities within the local trading and financial community.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and partnership prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and Operations teams to support market growth.
• Achieve KPI targets for lead generation, client acquisition and overall business development.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian and proficient English for internal and client communication.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or Client Acquisition.
• Background in Forex, CFD, Prop Trading, Crypto or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Deep understanding of the Belarusian market and business environment.
• Existing contacts in trading, investment, affiliate or financial communities are a plus.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet KPI targets.
• Proactive, independent and capable of identifying new business opportunities.
