Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to develop and implement product marketing plans that optimise profitability, market share and revenue growth for our pharmaceutical brands in Belarus.

Key responsibilities

• Build profitable brands by participating in brand growth strategy, creating integrated marketing plans and leading execution and budget tracking.
• Adopt a customer‑focused approach by understanding customer needs, developing competitive marketing activities and ensuring compliant communications.
• Collaborate internally with local, international and HQ teams, aligning with the Egis Marketing Operating Model and sharing best practices.

Required profile

• University degree (any field).
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
• English at least at intermediate level.
• Demonstrated business leadership, collaboration, teamwork and project management abilities.
• Expert user of Microsoft Office applications.
