Product Manager / Specialist (Pharma)

About the role

The company is seeking a Product Manager / Specialist to lead the marketing of both over‑the‑counter (OTC) and prescription (Rx) products. You will be responsible for shaping short‑ and long‑term strategies, launching campaigns, and ensuring the product portfolio meets business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned OTC and Rx products.
• Plan, launch, and monitor marketing activities and campaigns.
• Create media concepts, promotional materials and oversee marketing projects.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies and manage media planning.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and competitive landscape.
• Prepare training materials and educate internal stakeholders on product features and benefits.
• Manage product lifecycle and support brand performance targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology or related field; additional marketing education or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of brand planning, forecasting, product lifecycle management and budgeting.
• Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and channels.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) or higher.
