Repricing Specialist – Remote (Eastern Europe, CIS, Balkans)

About the role

We are looking for a Repricing Specialist to drive commercial decisions on pricing, marketplace performance, and stock direction for a fast‑moving e‑commerce retailer. The role focuses on interpreting market signals and making daily pricing decisions rather than operating repricing tools. You will work remotely with a strong overlap to Madrid working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily pricing decisions for an assigned product portfolio using the company’s pricing framework.
• Analyze product performance, demand trends, and competitor behavior to inform pricing actions.
• Assess stock availability and replenishment signals to guide inventory direction.
• Translate multiple market and sales signals into clear, structured commercial actions.
• Monitor outcomes of pricing decisions and continuously learn from successes and failures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
• Experience in e‑commerce or retail environments is a plus.
• Comfortable working with product‑level data, market trends, and margin logic.
• Excellent judgment to prioritize signals and determine commercial actions.
