Team Lead / Business Development (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Lead to drive business development and ensure smooth sprint delivery for our digital learning platform. You will coordinate between design, development and content while opening new growth channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own sprint delivery, remove blockers and ensure high‑quality output on time.
• Research and build funding partnerships with foundations and public bodies, preparing proposals and presentations.
• Answer rapid research questions using AI tools and prepare concise findings for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in an early‑stage startup, preferably EdTech or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of agile methods and ability to hold the team accountable without formal authority.
• Fluent English (B2+) with good German skills a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Jira for task tracking.
• Proficient use of Figma for design collaboration.
• Confident use of AI tools for research and analysis.
