Finance Operations & FP&A Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Operations & FP&A Lead to become the operational backbone of a fast‑moving e‑commerce company. This individual contributor position offers strong process ownership and the chance to shape finance functions in a fully remote, lean team.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly P&L, budget vs. actual analysis, cash‑flow forecasting and KPI reporting for the COO/CEO.
• Monitor P&L, perform reconciliations and validate margin data to prevent inconsistencies.
• Map, refine and automate finance processes, closing gaps and tightening controls across internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with outsourced accounting providers and manage payroll operations.
• Improve data quality and reporting workflows, turning imperfect data into reliable financial insight.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A, controlling or accounting operations within a high‑growth environment.
• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to work with multiple systems and manual workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and ownership mentality.
• Comfortable working remotely with a minimum of 4‑5 hours overlap with Madrid business hours.
