Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

About the role

National Retail Solutions (NRS) is building a next‑generation cloud platform for high‑volume retail operations. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Minsk, you will help architect and develop core backend services in Go and modern front‑ends with Vue.js, while leveraging ClickHouse for real‑time analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance Go microservices and Vue.js front‑ends, including real‑time analytics dashboards.
• Model, optimize, and query large‑scale relational and analytical data stores, writing advanced SQL and ClickHouse materialized views.
• Implement modular micro‑frontend architectures and ensure end‑to‑end ownership of critical system components.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and product managers across Israel, Belarus, and the U.S. to drive technical direction and scalability.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong expertise in Go (microservices, REST/gRPC) and Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API).
• Deep mastery of SQL, data modeling, indexing, and performance profiling for large reporting datasets.
• Excellent English communication skills and proven ability to work with remote, global teams.
