About the role

IQT, formerly PwC Belarus, is looking for a motivated Financial Consulting Specialist to join its team in Minsk. The role is designed for recent graduates or final‑year students who are eager to learn quickly, support client businesses, and contribute to effective financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyse financial and operational data of client companies.
• Understand client business models and immerse in their processes and control environments.
• Visualise and digitise client business processes, both current state and target state.
• Prepare analytical materials and presentation slides for final client reports.

Required profile

• Graduates or final‑year students in finance, economics, law or related fields.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Strong structured and logical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Ability to create clear and tidy presentations in PowerPoint.
