About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead the hiring of shift (вахтовый) personnel for our rapidly growing international company. The role focuses on mass recruitment, data‑driven decision making, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment of shift personnel.
• Collaborate with internal customers to analyse recruitment efficiency factors and implement data‑based solutions.
• Design, place, and evaluate advertising campaigns to attract candidates.
• Prepare and deliver periodic recruitment performance reports.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mass recruitment.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Self‑reliant with the ability to make independent decisions.
• Strong interest in professional development and continuous learning.
