HR Shared Services Specialist

About the role

The HR Shared Services Specialist provides operational HR support for a designated region within Exadel, a global AI‑first technology company. Acting as the primary point of contact for employees, managers and HR partners, the role ensures efficient, employee‑focused service across core HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer end‑to‑end new‑hire processes, including onboarding coordination, documentation, system entries and communications.
• Maintain employee data integrity through job changes, transfers, organizational updates and record keeping.
• Process employee terminations in line with company policies, timelines and regional legal requirements.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and related documentation according to local legislation.
• Support time‑management and attendance functions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Payroll for accurate processing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures and systems.
• Deliver first‑level benefits administration support, coordinate escalations with Total Rewards and supply employees with relevant materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services.

Required profile

• Experience delivering operational HR support in a global or multi‑regional environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle transactions and HR policy application.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.
• Familiarity with local employment legislation, including Belarusian labor and military registration requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
