Digital Marketer – Remote (Belarus)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to drive our online presence and lead performance marketing initiatives remotely in Belarus.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage SEO/SEM and optimize website/app for lead generation.
• Create and manage advertising content for social media and email marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and offers.

Required profile

• 5+ years in digital marketing (agency or in‑house).
• Proven experience optimizing high‑converting landing pages.
• Good copywriting skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Experience with Belarus market campaigns is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Advanced experience in funnel marketing.
• Solid understanding of analytics (Google Analytics or similar).
• SEO/SEM expertise.
